Stacie and Doug - Wedding at The Barn at Chestnut Springs - Jaclyn Paige Photography

When Janna Fowler from All About Weddings called me for this wedding, I was so excited to work with her again.  Janna is a very organized, very calming presence at a wedding, which makes her a terrific wedding coordinator!  The Barn at Chestnut Springs is the perfect spot for a rustic wedding, with a lovely outdoor ceremony area that faces its own private hillside and valley, brimming with East Tennessee charm and beauty.  Stacie and Doug planned this destination wedding from their Ohio home, so we met for the first time on the wedding day; and they only wanted a small amount of wedding coverage, so our time with them was limited.  Just the same, in the time we did work with them, Joshua and I found Stacie and Doug to be a loving, funny, generous couple, and we predict a long happy marriage for them! Their officiant, Don Anderson of Defining Moments Ministries, perfectly incorporated Stacie's kids into the ceremony, and their DJ from Ogle Entertainment provided the perfect music for both the ceremony and the celebration afterwards!  Make sure to "Like" Jaclyn Paige Photography on Facebook so you can tag yourself in any of the images you see here!  --Jaclyn

Emily and Paul - Wedding at Norris Amphitheater and Tea Room - Jaclyn Paige Photography

I first met Emily and Paul for their engagement session last fall, and I knew right away that these two lovebirds would be so fun to work with!  They are just perfect together and are so adorably wrapped up in each other.  Emily and Paul had their sweet May nuptials at the Norris Amphitheater; and their reception was just across the street at the Norris Tea Room.  It is such a beautifully rustic setting with lots of fresh air and historic charm.  They decorated the guests' tables with tons of creamy hydrangeas and real china in lots of pretty patterns.  Each table was named and themed with books by Emily and Paul's favorite authors.  What a cool idea!  The delicious meal was provided by Copper Cellar Catering, Paul's mom made their impressive cake, and the DJ (Music by Dave P.) kept the crowd on the dance floor all night.  I had trouble narrowing down my favorites from this one, so there are lots of shots to enjoy below.  Make sure to tag yourself in any of these pictures over on Facebook after you "Like" Jaclyn Paige Photography! --Jaclyn

 

 

 

 

Todd and Samantha - Knoxville Wedding - Jaclyn Paige Photography

I was super excited about Samantha and Todd's wedding after about 1 minute of meeting with them.  They are such a fun, sweet, kind couple, and they are absolutely perfect together!  Their wedding and reception were held at Beech Grove Baptist Church in Louisville, TN.  Sam was stunning in her gorgeous dress from Wedding Wonderland.  Todd couldn't keep his eyes off her from their first look until the end of the night when they made their grand exit through sparklers.  The ceremony made me cry-- twice!  Once when Todd's dad sang the same song to them that he had sung at Todd's baby dedication, and then again when Todd and Sam demonstrated a Biblical symbol of mutual submission and service by washing each other's feet.  I had never seen this done during a wedding ceremony before, and I was deeply touched and reminded about Joshua's and my vows to each other during our wedding day almost nine years ago.  Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Caywood, and congratulations! --Jaclyn
