Mary Frances & Jason - Wedding at Tennessee Valley UU Church - Jaclyn Paige Photography

A beautifully sophisticated bride with a down-to-earth sense of humor, a sharply dressed groom with a heart of gold, and personal touches all around from the bridesmaids' hair styles to the groom's Marvel cake... Mary Frances and Jason's wedding goes down in the books as a perfect reflection of a couple's personalities.  Joshua and I had a blast photographing their ceremony and reception at the Tennessee Valley UU Church. Their attendants literally danced into the ceremony (a la JK Wedding Dance) and back out again afterwards, only to dance their way into the reception hall, too!  Mary Frances and her sister sang "Sisters" from the movie White Christmas as part of her Maid of Honor toast, and then the party began!  Jason was surprised and thrilled to see his bride's Spiderman garter later on, and Mary Frances was clearly smitten as Jason sang "When I See You Smile" while dancing with her to during the last song of the evening.  Mary Frances and Jason are obviously wonderful friends and close teammates in life, and we were blessed to be a part of their special day. --Jaclyn

Lori & Chris - Engagement Session - Jaclyn Paige Photography

Joshua and I had a great time with Lori and Chris at the Cove at Concord Park for their engagement session.  We are looking forward to their wedding in October- it's going to be a Vols fan's paradise.  As you can see, both Lori and Chris love UT Football.  They seem to like each other pretty well, too!  --Jaclyn

Kaelyn- Children's Portraits - Jaclyn Paige Photography

This session with Kaelyn and her family at World's Fair Park was so much fun.  Kaelyn was super good-natured, nevermind a natural in front of the camera.  But beyond that, as I was looking through these pictures for the first time after the shoot, and then again as I prepared them for printing, and once more as I was loading these images for this posting, I found myself smiling from ear to ear.  Remembering her personality and sweet little face just makes me happy!  I look forward to playing with and photographing her again! --Jaclyn

Renee & Stephen - Wedding at Dixie Lee Baptist Church - Jaclyn Paige Photography

Last weekend Joshua and I photographed Renee and Stephen's sweet nuptials at Dixie Lee Baptist Church.  I left the ceremony feeling like I had just renewed my vows to Joshua- they were so sincere and heartfelt it was impossible not to feel the love in the room!  These two are amazing people- wonderful to work with and simply great to be around.  Being a photographer means I am allowed the privilege of being part of a couple's most intimate and important day of their lives, which usually means I end up feeling like they are good friends of mine!  Renee and Stephen are certainly no exception.  Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Hill! --Jaclyn

Renee & Stephen - Engagement Session - Jaclyn Paige Photography

I first met Stephen and Renee last fall, when we got together to talk about their wedding.  They are such great people- so much fun to work with and so easy to talk to!  We did their engagement session at Carl Cowan park, where Stephen proposed and Renee said yes (of course)!  This Saturday Joshua and I will be shooting their wedding in Lenoir City.  We're so excited to work with these two again- I'm sure Stephen will be having lots of fun cracking jokes and Renee will be a stunning bride! --Jaclyn

One Year Session - Children's Portrait Session - Jaclyn Paige Photography

Last week I had the great pleasure of photographing this little sweetie on her first birthday.  We had a great time playing in the yard, looking at Easter eggs, and smooshing cake!  She was especially excited to be surrounded by colorful eggs.  How fun to celebrate a birthday AND Easter in the same week! --Jaclyn

Phyllis & Frank - Intimate Wedding - Jaclyn Paige Photography

Last Saturday Joshua and I were priviledged to photograph Frank and Phyllis' very intimate ceremony at the First Farragut United Methodist Church.  These two folks are some of the kindest and funniest people I've had the pleasure of working with.  Originally they had planned to get married in Maui in October, but they decided to go ahead and tie the knot a little early, making them husband and wife ahead of schedule!  Though small in number, this sweet wedding was big in personality and beauty with amazing flowers from Crouch Florist and Phyllis's knockout dress.  Congratulations, you two! --Jaclyn
