Joshua and I first worked with Tabitha and Geoff when we shot their engagement session early last spring. What a fun and happy couple! Then, we did Tabitha's bridal session where we previewed her amazing dress and spent the afternoon capturing her gorgeous-ness (if that's not a word it should be!) In June we spent Tabitha and Geoff's wedding day recording all the intimate moments and details from the morning preparations to the moonlit getaway. We were a little sad when the day was over since we had come to consider them friends and not just clients. Luckily we could relive the day while I created their album. Now, Tabitha and Geoff are parents! Tabitha called me for newborn pictures of their precious new son Caelan, and we packed up our studio gear for an in-home session. What an adorable little guy. Here are some favorites from the day. --Jaclyn

Alicia & Shawn - Engagement Session Downtown Knoxville - Jaclyn Paige Photography
I am really excited for Alicia and Shawn's wedding coming up this August. They're so cute together and just genuinely sweet people. For their engagement session, we went to the Old City for some shots, then walked to Market Square and Krutch Park for others- lots of fun! Alicia is going to be a gorgeous bride while her adoring groom admires her all day. You can tell he does even when it's not their wedding day! Isn't that exactly how it should be?! --Jaclyn

Chelsea & Eric - Wedding at Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church - Jaclyn Paige Photography
Their wedding was held at Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and Pastor Leonard Turner conducted a beautiful ceremony. After hearing his words about the couple and their families, Jaclyn and I wished we had been able to spend more time with them than just their engagement session and wedding day. You can see in their eyes how they feel about each other. In fact, the whole church and event hall were full of people who genuinely love and care about each other, and with the exception of one moment we caught on camera below, everyone spent the day putting each other first.--Joshua

Mary Frances & Jason - Wedding at Tennessee Valley UU Church - Jaclyn Paige Photography
A beautifully sophisticated bride with a down-to-earth sense of humor, a sharply dressed groom with a heart of gold, and personal touches all around from the bridesmaids' hair styles to the groom's Marvel cake... Mary Frances and Jason's wedding goes down in the books as a perfect reflection of a couple's personalities. Joshua and I had a blast photographing their ceremony and reception at the Tennessee Valley UU Church. Their attendants literally danced into the ceremony (a la JK Wedding Dance) and back out again afterwards, only to dance their way into the reception hall, too! Mary Frances and her sister sang "Sisters" from the movie White Christmas as part of her Maid of Honor toast, and then the party began! Jason was surprised and thrilled to see his bride's Spiderman garter later on, and Mary Frances was clearly smitten as Jason sang "When I See You Smile" while dancing with her to during the last song of the evening. Mary Frances and Jason are obviously wonderful friends and close teammates in life, and we were blessed to be a part of their special day. --Jaclyn
