Tabitha & Geoff - Wedding at St. John's Cathedral - Reception at Holston Hills Country Club - Jaclyn Paige Photography
Tabitha and Geoffrey were married at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral and held their reception at Holston Hills Country Club right here in Knoxville. During the reception I noticed that the clouds were reflecting some late-evening sun, so I encouraged the two of them to join me for just a few minutes. We were all so excited with the results (I showed them these shots on my camera's review screen)! The hall was decorated beautifully with flowers from Always in Bloom. After an engagement and bridal session with this couple, and then all-day wedding coverage, we really feel like we've gotten to know them! Congratulations, Tabitha and Geoff! --Jaclyn

Beth & Jamie- Wedding at the Von Bryan Estate - Jaclyn Paige Photography
These lovebirds got married at the top of the world! They and their families and friends gathered at the Von Bryan Estate in Gatlinburg for a beautiful and sentimental ceremony. The mountain views all around created the perfect backdrop. From there, the celebration moved to the Applewood Farmhouse Grill in Pigeon Forge. Beth and Jamie were engaged on their one-year dating anniversary, just a few months ago! Individually and together, they are both so sweet and kind. Joshua and I enjoyed meeting and working with them! --Jaclyn

Kristen & Tyler - Wedding at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens - Jaclyn Paige Photography
Kristen and Tyler had their ceremony and reception on Saturday at Knoxville Botanical Gardens. It was warm and humid but truly a lovely day! The gardens are full of beautiful greenery and stonework, which provided so many opportunities to be creative and make some awesome portraits and group shots. Bouquets and floral decorations were all white- peonies and hydrangeas, and reception decor included a bird theme, with figurines and bird houses accenting the tables. DJ services were provided by Jim Ogle of Ogle Entertainment.
The shoe picture is just for you, Kristen, since you couldn't see them under your poofy dress all day! I just love to see how different couples choose to express themselves and their love for each other on their wedding day! Kristen and Tyler were no exception, and they seem perfect together. --Jaclyn

Elizabeth & Timothy - Holston Hills Country Club Wedding - Jaclyn Paige Photography
Elizabeth and Tim got married at the Holston Hills Country Club just north of Knoxville. Jaclyn and I had a great time spending the day with them as they partied in celebration of their big day. Elizabeth was particularly fun to be around because she was so excited about every detail--the cake from Magpies, the decorations, the dresses. She was happy with everything, and she should have been. It was a beautiful event! Thanks for letting us be a part of it--Joshua

Arp Family Portrait Session - Jaclyn Paige Photography
A couple weeks ago, I got together with Tyler, Dee, and their 10-month old cutie at Sequoyah Hills Park. I discovered that babies are much smaller than brides in their wedding dresses! (I know, that seems pretty obvious!) The setting and background don't matter as much with little subjects because I get so close to them anyway. With brides in their dresses, I can back up and create an image that puts a bride in her wedding day surroundings, and she doesn't get lost in the scenery like a baby would. It was a neat change of pace for me. Dee and Tyler are such photogenic subjects, it's no wonder their little girl was so fun to capture as well. Thanks for a nice afternoon, you guys! --Jaclyn
