Alexandra & Tim - Wedding at the Museum of Appalachia - Jaclyn Paige Photography

When I first met Alex to talk about her wedding at the Museum of Appalachia, we spent a lot of time laughing about goats!  Luckily, none ran through the sunshiny outdoor ceremony!  Although if they had, I bet the trio from Sequoyah Strings still would have provided beautiful background music.  Alex and Tim chose the perfect day to be married- with incredible weather, a lovely and rustic setting, elegant table linens from All Occasions, and amazing flowers and decor by Samuel Franklin.  These two had me attend their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, which is a great idea for capturing some of those fun candid moments, plus it gives us all a chance to get to know each other a little better before the big day.  Judy Dodd Catering provided mouth-watering fare for both days.  She is a pleasure to work with- she even designed a red velvet groom's cake with a Zombie theme for Tim!  Allison Gaddis from Live Laugh Love Weddings coordinated the wedding and kept everything running smoothly.  I love it when guests really get going on the dance floor, and I especially love it when the bride and groom get down too!  Alex was the queen of the dance floor thanks to a great DJ, Sound Force, and a whole bunch of fun-loving friends and family.  We always feel privileged to capture such an important event as a wedding, and Alex and Tim's day was no exception- thanks for letting us be a part of it all, you two! --Jaclyn
